About Michelle

Michelle practises commercial litigation, construction litigation, general civil litigation, and arbitration, with experience in major project disputes involving deficiencies and overruns, lien claims, product liability, corporate governance disputes, and insurance matters. She articled at the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta in Calgary before joining Rose LLP in January 2015, sits on the Alberta Law Review editorial board, and volunteered with Student Legal Services during law school after working as a student for Alberta Justice's Energy Legal Services.
