About Michael

Michael is a member of Forum Law's civil litigation group, having appeared before the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta and the Provincial Court of Alberta, and has handled matters with the Alberta Human Rights Commission. His practice covers general litigation, wrongful and constructive dismissal, employment contract disputes and severance negotiations, human rights complaints, contractual disputes, debt recovery, consumer protection and residential tenancy disputes. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from MacEwan University in 2013 and a Juris Doctor from Bond University in 2016, and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2019. He is involved with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and Bond University's Alumni Mentor Program.
