About Michelle
Michelle Dorey is an associate in the Emerging and High Growth Companies group of Osler's Montreal office. Michelle completed an LL.B. and J.D. at the University of Montreal in 2023, graduating on the dean's honour list, and holds a degree with a major in economics from McGill University. While at the University of Montreal, Michelle served as president of the Comité Droit des Affaires et Gestion. Michelle's practice supports emerging companies through financings and business combinations, including matters for Ridge Ventures, Battery Ventures and BrainBox AI.
