About Dominique

Dominique Audet has practiced law in Quebec for more than three decades, since being called to the Barreau du Québec in 1988. Audet focuses on family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and division of property, along with civil litigation and commercial law matters. Audet is a certified mediator in civil and commercial disputes. Audet represented two paramedics in a notable case against the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) concerning negligence procedures. Audet has served as a Barreau inspector since 2000 and has taught legal ethics courses at the Barreau's school.
