About Kevin
Kevin Chiarot joined the firm in 2017 at its Vancouver office, having previously worked in personal injury and family law. He now practises general insurance litigation, focusing on defending bodily injury and product liability claims, including cases involving elevators and other lifting devices. His work spans British Columbia, Alberta, and, more recently, Ontario, and has included a number of highly publicized Supreme Court matters. Kevin has practised out of the firm's Vancouver, Calgary, and now Toronto offices. He holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia and a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario, and he has been called to the bar in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario.
