About Sacha

Sacha Vrkic founded Hamelin & Vrkic after several years practising at various Montreal firms. As an accredited mediator, negotiator and litigator, Vrkic has represented clients before civil and administrative tribunals for many years. Vrkic's primary practice areas are construction law and real estate law, including hidden defects, and Vrkic's experience also covers co-ownership, residential and commercial leases, and mortgage law. Vrkic advises construction contractors on tendering and contract drafting, and is known for a pragmatic, diplomatic approach to dispute resolution. Vrkic is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Young Bar Association of Montreal, and serves as secretary of the Montreal chapter of the Fédération québécoise du saumon atlantique. Vrkic was accredited as a mediator by the Barreau du Québec in 2016 and was called to the bar in 2009. Vrkic holds a Baccalauréat en droit (2006) and a Baccalauréat en science politique (2001), both from the Université de Montréal.
