About Michelle

Michelle is a partner in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office practising family law, including separation agreements, cohabitation and marriage contracts, adoptions and assisted reproduction agreements, as well as parenting, support, and property disputes. She appears regularly before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia Family Division and the Court of Appeal. She has served as president and immediate past-president of the Canadian Bar Association's Nova Scotia branch, and has been recognized by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada for her family law practice.
