Graham Rawlinson is a partner at Torys with decades of experience in real estate law. He advises clients on commercial real estate and infrastructure matters, covering acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures as well as leasing, construction, project finance, development and secured lending. Graham regularly represents public and private businesses in complex, transformational real estate deals, drawing on market insight from his long-standing work in the seniors housing, retail, office and hospitality sectors. Chambers Canada has recognized him as an excellent lawyer and an expert in complex real estate transactions. Earlier in his career, Graham served as Senior Editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review. He also co-authored 'The Canadian 100: The Most Influential Canadians of the Twentieth Century', published by Little, Brown & Co. in 1997, which became a national bestseller.
