About Jayson
Jayson Brian Schwarz was called to the Ontario bar in 1978 and has since practiced in corporate and commercial transactions, business structuring, real estate law, tax, and succession and corporate planning. His work has taken him into international commercial deals spanning the United States, Caribbean nations, South America, Africa, and Europe. He completed a Master's degree in Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2011 and earned an Osgoode Certificate in Mining Law in 2013. He is the senior partner at Schwarz Law Partners LLP, a full-service business boutique firm, and he has written for and been quoted in several national publications. He has also spoken for the Ontario government's Tarion division and is a member of IR Global, an international network of legal and financial professionals.
