Michael Rankin is a senior partner in the firm's Ottawa office and an experienced litigator in trial and appellate courts as well as administrative tribunals, mediations, and arbitrations. His current practice focuses primarily on family law, including high net worth matters involving income attribution, valuation, tax, and forensic accounting. He also has extensive experience in procurement litigation, commercial disputes, product liability, environmental contamination, defamation, fraud, and insolvency cases.
