Michael Leroux practises solicitor-based commercial law, focusing on corporate and commercial real estate law, commercial business transactions, employee relocation, and corporate matters, representing landlords and tenants in commercial leases, property sales and acquisitions, commercial lending, and providing general counsel services for owner-operated businesses. He also provides residential real estate services through national relocation companies, and practises through Michael P. Leroux Law Corporation with offices in Vancouver. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School (1975) and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1976. He was recognized by Best Lawyers for Commercial Leasing Law from 2018 to 2026.
