About Danielle

Danielle Chu is an associate in Osler's Competition/Antitrust Law, International Trade and Foreign Investment Group, with a primary focus on international trade matters such as trade remedies, free trade agreements, WTO disputes, customs, and sanctions. She also handles competition and foreign investment work, including merger reviews and reviews under the Investment Canada Act. Before moving into trade and competition law, Danielle practised as a regulatory and environmental lawyer in Calgary, focusing on energy and natural resource development. She has served as a term lecturer at the University of Alberta on competition law and holds an LL.M. from the London School of Economics, a J.D. from the University of Alberta, and an Honours B.Sc. from the University of Toronto.
