About Emily

Emily leads mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate transactions in MT+Co.'s Business Law Group and chairs the firm's student committee. Originally from Halifax, she was called to the BC bar in 2017 and holds a JD from Dalhousie University. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for mergers and acquisitions and corporate commercial law, and serves as a director of the Association for Corporate Growth, British Columbia.
