About Michael

Michael Kleinman has more than 30 years of experience as a litigator focused on commercial litigation, particularly franchise, business and shareholder disputes, and has appeared at all Ontario court levels including the Court of Appeal. He holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and serves as an adjunct professor teaching trial advocacy there.
