About Michael

Michael (Mike) Cabot lives in St. John's and was admitted to the Newfoundland and Labrador Bar in 2012. Since then, Mike's litigation practice has covered construction disputes, mechanics' lien matters, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, residential and commercial real estate, business law and family law disputes. Mike has appeared before all levels of court in the province, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Memberships include the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association; Mike also sits on the Board of the Pottle Centre and previously sat on the board of the Suncor Energy Fluvarium.
