About Barbara

Barbara Oley attended the University of New Brunswick, receiving her Bachelor of Laws in 2010, and was called to the Bar in Newfoundland and Labrador in 2011. She has built her reputation as a family law litigator in St. John's and across the province, integrating dispute resolution techniques where possible to reach negotiated settlements, while litigating contested matters when necessary. Her practice ranges from child support and parenting applications to highly contested trials, and she also handles employment, wills and estate matters.
