About Jane

Jane Crosbie graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 2011 with a Bachelor of Laws. Her practice has since focused on family law, civil litigation, fertility and health law, and wills and estates, and she has represented clients at all levels of court in Newfoundland and Labrador and before administrative tribunals. She is committed to negotiated resolutions where possible and has successfully settled files involving child support, custody and access, and the division of assets. Before law school she worked as a registered nurse, which she draws on in medical-legal matters and complex child custody cases. She serves as the legal representative on the Health Research and Ethics Board, which oversees health research involving human subjects in Newfoundland and Labrador.
