About Michael

Michael A. Gerrior is a partner and head of the Business Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, specializing in corporate finance, franchising and licensing, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. He acts for Canadian and international clients on business acquisitions and sales, private placements, venture capital transactions, initial public offerings and reverse takeovers on exchanges including NASDAQ, CDNX, TSE and ME. Before joining the firm, Gerrior was an executive vice-president with a large Canadian multinational public corporation and has been involved in over $1 billion of equity and debt financing. He was admitted to the bar in 1978 and has served as a director on several public, private and not-for-profit boards, including a former term as Chairman of Ottawa Hydro.
