About Randy
Randy Taylor has been a partner at LaBarge Weinstein LLP since the firm was founded in 1997. Before that, he practised in the Business Law Group of Blake, Cassels & Graydon's Ottawa office. His practice centres on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and technology-related transactions, serving emerging and public technology companies, venture capital investors, and investment banks. Randy has been named to the Best Lawyers in Canada list in Corporate Law for twelve consecutive years, most recently in 2026. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 1995 and in British Columbia in 2017. Randy holds a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and a BA in Economics from Harvard University. Outside the office, he serves as a director and past president of Fly Fishing Canada.
