About Melissa
Melissa Schroeder practises personal injury law at McKiggan Hebert Lawyers. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary's University before completing her Juris Doctor at Dalhousie's Schulich School of Law, including a semester at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic. Melissa articled in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia and was called to the bar in both Nova Scotia and Manitoba in 2016. She practised in Winnipeg from 2016 to 2020, handling personal injury, estate litigation, employment, adoption, professional liability, and contract matters before returning to Nova Scotia and refocusing her practice on personal injury law.
