About Gregory

Gregory D. Hardy is the senior trial lawyer at Citadel Injury and Disability Law. He has argued cases in most Canadian provinces and regularly represents clients throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario, including motor vehicle and pedestrian accident claims, brain and spinal cord injury cases, slip and fall matters, disability benefit denials, product liability claims, and insurance bad faith claims. He was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1989 and the Ontario Bar in 2007, and is a past member of the Law Society of Ontario and the New York State Bar Association. He has also acted as a mediator in civil cases in Ontario. Hardy earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1988, completed Harvard University's Program in Professional Service Firm Management in 2009, and holds a certificate in arbitration from the ADR Institute of Canada. Before practising law, he served as a naval officer in the Canadian Armed Forces from 1980 to 1994.
