About Benjamin

Benjamin Shearer practices out of the firm's Barrington and Liverpool offices, focusing on real estate transactions, family law and divorce matters, and defence of provincial regulatory offences related to fishing and hunting. He earned a BA from St. Thomas University in Fredericton, New Brunswick, graduating on the Dean's List, then completed his law degree at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he received the Schulich Scholarship in his final year. He graduated in 2013 and articled with Blois, Nickerson & Bryson in Halifax before joining Fownes Law. Originally from the Truro area, he has since relocated to Barrington with his family.
