Melanie Webber serves as Associate Managing Partner at Maurice Law, coordinating with the firm's Partners and Management Team on operations and client relationships. She helps develop and roll out policies aimed at improving operational efficiency, client communication, and internal firm development. Beyond that management role, she handles Specific Claims litigation and negotiation matters and advises on Trusts and Wealth Creation, representing First Nations in ongoing negotiations with the federal government and before the Specific Claims Tribunal. She also advises First Nations on commercial transactions and the governance structures tied to Trust Agreements.
