About Mélanie

Melanie practices primarily in civil litigation, with experience across multiple fields including commercial litigation, estate litigation, municipal litigation, personal injury, defamation, insurance coverage disputes, and privacy matters. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and has appeared at every level of court in Ontario, including matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining Low Murchison Radnoff, she worked as in-house counsel for a national corporation and other organizations, and was previously a partner at an Ottawa law firm. She is fluently bilingual and practices in both English and French, and has served for several years on the board of a not-for-profit organization.
