David Sunday is a partner at Gowling WLG in the Waterloo Region office focusing on municipal and land development law. He is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Municipal Law (Land Use Planning and Development) and a member of the firm's National Municipal Law and National Expropriation Law groups. He advises on land acquisitions and dispositions, land use controls, municipal approvals, subdivisions, condominiums, title issues, and expropriation matters, and regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
