About Melinda

Melinda Andrews is a partner at Davidson Houle Allen LLP, providing corporate and litigation services to condominiums, co-tenancy associations and their insurers, with a focus on building deficiency litigation and Tarion claims. She also advises boards on governance, financing and secured transactions, compliance and owner disputes, and regularly appears before Ontario courts and administrative tribunals. Before joining the firm, she worked in civil litigation and administrative law, providing research and litigation support on matters involving Indigenous Nations across Western and Northern Canada. She holds a B.A. in Historical Studies from the University of Calgary (2004) and a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2014), and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
