About Meaghan

Meaghan Kells is an associate in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2019. She earned her law degree from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law and completed an undergraduate business degree at St Francis Xavier University. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction disputes, property disputes, and insolvency matters, and she has appeared before courts in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the Federal Court of Canada. Outside the firm, Meaghan volunteers with the Canadian Ski Patrol, where she serves as Atlantic East Division President, and received the organization's Allison Smith Memorial Leadership Award in 2023.
