Nadine Rockman Katz is counsel with a transactional practice concentrated on commercial banking and debt financing matters. Nadine brings a practical, results-driven approach to helping clients pursue commercial opportunities. Nadine's experience covers representing lenders, sponsors, and borrowers across domestic, cross-border, and international deals, including syndicated loans, private equity and acquisition financings, and debt securities offerings. Before joining Torys, Nadine clerked for a summer term with Judge Aharon Barak, then President of the Supreme Court of Israel.
