About Max
Max Libman is an Associate at DMG Advocates practicing commercial and public litigation, with additional experience in judgment enforcement. His general litigation caseload has included real estate, commercial leasing and condominium disputes, shareholder disputes, and claims against corporate directors and officers. Max takes a flexible approach that keeps each client's own view of success at the centre of his strategy. Before joining DMG Advocates in 2021, he worked as a staff lawyer for the Ontario Long-Term Care COVID-19 Commission, and from 2018 to 2020 he served as a staff lawyer for the Collingwood Judicial Inquiry. He earned his LLB and BCL from McGill University in 2017 and a BA with Honours from the University of Toronto in 2012, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2018. He co-authored a chapter on judgment enforcement in a CanLii-published civil procedure text and volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline.
