About Corey

Corey is a partner at DMG Advocates focusing on commercial litigation and arbitration, with wide experience in cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes involving large volumes of disclosure. He has particular strength in high-value civil fraud claims, advising clients on asset tracing, asset recovery, and enforcement actions, and has secured Mareva injunctions, Norwich orders, and Anton Piller orders. His broader litigation practice includes securities disputes, defamation, employment matters, commercial leasing, product liability, and class actions. Corey taught International Economic Crime in the Business Law LL.M program at the University of Montreal's Faculty of Law for seven years. He holds an LL.M from the London School of Economics, a JD from the University of Ottawa, and a Licentiate in Law from the University of Ottawa's civil law faculty, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010 and admitted in New York in 2012.
