About Matthew
Matthew Reardon is a senior associate at Merovitz Potechin LLP, practising primarily in commercial real estate, land development, and construction. He acts for developers, builders, landowners, and lenders on the purchase, sale, and financing of development land and commercial and residential properties, and assists builders through the legal stages of a development from subdivision to the sale of finished homes and lots. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 and earned his J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law after a B.A. in Communications from the University of Ottawa. During law school he worked in the Community Legal Aid clinic and co-chaired a charity fun run. He is a past chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Real Property Section and a member of the Greater Ottawa Home Builders' Association.
