About Sarah

Sarah Yusuf is an associate practicing labour, employment, and human rights law. A proud Ottawa native, she graduated from the Legal Studies program at Carleton University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Ottawa. She worked for the University of Ottawa Student Union during her studies and later at two regional community legal clinics, assisting with wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, and Ontario Disability Support Program appeals. Sarah joined RavenLaw as a Law Clerk in 2019, returned as a summer student in 2021, and recently completed her articles with the firm; she is fluent in French and English, with conversational fluency in Somali.
