About Albert
Albert Brunet is a partner at Caza Saikaley LLP practising civil litigation, commercial arbitration, professional negligence, real estate disputes, defamation, construction law, insurance coverage, and landlord-tenant law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2017, graduating summa cum laude and receiving a silver medal, after a B.Sc.Soc. from the same university, also magna cum laude. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2018 and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada; earlier in his career he clerked for the Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Canada. He teaches landlord-tenant law part-time at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's legal assistance line. He's bilingual in English and French.
