About Matthew

Matthew Kuzak is a litigation associate in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office, with a practice spanning commercial litigation, estate litigation, medical defence and insurance defence. He studied history at Mount Allison University and Queen's University before earning his law degree from the University of British Columbia's Allard School of Law in 2024. Matthew was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2025. A former tree planter, he spends much of his free time camping in Kejimkujik National Park.
