Wills, Estates & TrustsKelly has practised law in Nova Scotia for over 35 years, advising on corporate and commercial transactions, commercial and residential real estate, and wills, estates and trusts. She advises on estate planning and elder law, including trusts, powers of attorney and personal care directives, and acts as proctor on estate administrations. Kelly also handles commercial and residential real estate transactions, including financing for wind farm developments, and advises businesses on shareholder agreements and corporate reorganizations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University and Osgoode Hall Law School, and chairs the firm's Wills, Estates & Trusts Practice Group. Kelly is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and a past chair of the CBA's National Wills, Estates & Trusts Section.
