About David
David is a Partner on BOYNECLARKE LLP's Accident and Personal Injury team, representing victims of car accidents, slip and falls and disability claims. Raised in Truro, Nova Scotia, he grew up watching his father practise law from their family home. David offers free consultations and works on a contingency fee basis, so clients pay only if he secures a settlement or award. He's been listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Personal Injury Litigation since 2020 and completed the Intensive Trial Advocacy course at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2013. David earned his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 2007 and is conversant in Spanish.
