About Matthew
Matt advises and represents clients on property disputes, creditors' remedies, construction litigation, and insurance law as part of the firm's litigation practice group, with a focus on creditors' remedies, construction disputes, and insurance defence. He was called to the bar in 2022 and has represented clients before the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. Before joining Cox Taylor, he practised at a downtown Victoria litigation firm, where much of his work involved ICBC-related insurance litigation.
