About Jyoti
Jyoti Chaudhary practises family law and immigration law. Before being called to the bar in BC, she worked as a paralegal at the Legal Services Branch of the Ministry of Attorney General, supporting complex civil litigation. She volunteers as a Board Member of the Victoria Bar Association and as an Executive Member of the Young Lawyers Section of the Canadian Bar Association (BC Branch), and serves part-time as a public member of the Health Occupations Discipline Tribunal. She is fluent in English and Hindi, with conversational Punjabi.
