About Aaron

Aaron Duong moved from the San Francisco Bay Area to Vancouver in 2009 to study sociology at UBC before attending the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law, where he focused on business and commercial law and competed in the 2018 Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot. He was also involved with Student Legal Services of Edmonton, a student-run low-income legal clinic. After articling and practising at a boutique business law firm in Edmonton as external general counsel to small and medium enterprises, he returned to Vancouver before joining Breakwater Law in Victoria. He now maintains a general business and commercial practice, alongside a growing estates and general civil litigation practice.
