About Morgan

Morgan McCartney practices employment law, civil litigation, and municipal law at Vice & Hunter LLP, working alongside the firm's senior litigation and employment lawyers. She takes a client-focused approach that combines precision and strategic guidance with attention to each client's circumstances, handling matters from employment disputes and wrongful dismissal claims to municipal law issues. Fluent in English and French, she provides services in either language. McCartney began at the firm as a summer student and completed her articles there, having earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law in 2022 and a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours), also from the University of Ottawa, in 2019. During her studies she was Co-Lead of N.O.R.T.H., contributed to the Health Law Student Association, and competed as a varsity athlete. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
