About Martin
A partner in the firm's Ottawa office, Martin Lapner practises health law and privacy, with expertise in professional regulatory and civil liability matters, data governance, and AI regulation. He acts as counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association and physicians, and advises healthcare sector organizations on privacy and regulatory matters. He is an editor of the Electronic Healthcare Law Review and an instructor for the Osgoode Hall Law School LLM course on IT and Privacy in Healthcare.
