Matthew Gardner is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Environmental Law who focuses on defending regulatory prosecutions, appealing environmental orders and litigating environmental claims. He advises on excess soil, contaminated land, waste management and on-road vehicle emissions, and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Land Tribunal and the Ontario Energy Board.
