About Martha

Martha Temple-Churchill concentrates her practice on residential and commercial financing and real estate transactions throughout the Northwest Territories, representing purchasers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers. She advises clients on purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, security agreements, leases, and other aspects of real property transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Calgary, and was called to the bar in the Northwest Territories and in Alberta in 2004. She has been a member of the Canadian Bar Association since 2004.
