About Donna

Donna Oliver focuses her practice on real estate and wills and estates law. From her call to the Alberta Bar in 1981 until recently, she practised general law with an emphasis on family law, personal injury litigation, and serious medical malpractice claims, securing settlements in excess of $1 million for some clients. She, along with other lawyers at the firm, often acts for the surviving family members in aircraft accidents and major personal injury cases north and south of the 60th parallel. Donna was called to the Northwest Territories and Nunavut Bars in 2009 and has been a sessional lecturer in Advocacy at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law.
