About Alan
Alan Denroche's practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial real estate transactions in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, along with a corporate practice covering incorporations, amalgamations, shareholder agreements, and share and asset purchases and sales. His clients include individuals, businesses, and institutions, and his work has included arranging the purchase, financing, and condominium conversion of two mobile home parks for their tenants, and acting in the development and sale of several residential subdivisions. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Victoria, and was called to the bar in the Northwest Territories in 1988 and in Nunavut in 1999. He has served as an executive and president of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories and has volunteered as a coach with the Yellowknife Minor Hockey Association.
