About Kyle

Kyle Ereaux's practice focuses on corporate and commercial matters, insurance, aviation, employment, procurement, regulatory investigations, real estate, and complex litigation. Ereaux has several years of experience in the marine and transportation sectors, having previously worked at sea and as counsel to a large shipping company. Ereaux is a contributing author of Canadian Maritime Law, Second Edition (2016), chairs the Arctic Issues Committee of the Canadian Maritime Law Association, and is a member of the Comite Maritime International's Polar Shipping Working Group. Ereaux has taught Law and Policy and Maritime Law at Dalhousie University, and Who's Who Legal has named Ereaux a leading lawyer in the field of Transport Law. Ereaux holds a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University, and is licensed to practise in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
