About Mark

Mark Swartz is a senior criminal defence lawyer who maintains an independent practice while, on occasion, working closely with Orris Law on complex, high-profile cases. He shares office space with the firm and collaborates with Glen Orris, K.C., though he is not an associate or employee. Since being called to the bar in 2012, he has built a solo practice focused exclusively on criminal defence, representing clients across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba in cases ranging from murder and organized crime to drug trafficking, firearms offences, kidnapping, and sexual assault.
