About Carmen

Carmen Alvarez Gomez is a lawyer and mediator with close to a decade of experience in family law. She earned a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary, and studied as a visiting student at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, Spain, and at the Allard School of Law in Vancouver. She is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and other professional organizations.
