About Mark

Mark is a founding partner whose practice centers on complex, high-stakes litigation, arbitrations and appeals for corporations, organizations and individuals. His work spans commercial disputes, proxy contests, internal investigations, professional liability, white-collar fraud, insolvency, competition matters, class actions, securities litigation and public inquiries, for clients in industries from construction and energy to health care and professional sports. He has been recognized as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Canada and is listed in Best Lawyers in Canada and Chambers Global Canada. Mark teaches as a guest instructor at the Osgoode Hall Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop and belongs to several professional groups, including the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society. He earned his LLB from the University of Windsor in 1999.
