About Andrew

Andrew Faith is a founding partner of Polley Faith with a trial and appellate practice spanning every level of court in Canada, including the Supreme Court of Canada. His work covers complex commercial, regulatory, insolvency, and white-collar criminal litigation, and he has acted as external prosecutor for regulators such as the Ontario Securities Commission and the Law Society of Ontario. He also serves as general counsel to a national police service and has been named an independent supervising solicitor for Anton Piller civil search matters. Andrew began his career at Shearman & Sterling in London before joining McCarthy Tétrault in Toronto, becoming an Assistant Crown Attorney in 2006 and trying cases from white-collar fraud to murder. He earned a BCom from McGill and an LLB from UBC, was named a Wesbrook Scholar, and in 2003 was called to the bar in Ontario.
